2. Subscriptions and Orders
- All subscriptions are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.
- Prices and plan features are subject to change without notice.
- Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
3. Payments and Billing
- We accept major credit and debit cards. Mobile subscriptions are processed via Apple App Store or Google Play. Web subscriptions are processed via Stripe.
- You agree to provide accurate payment and billing information.
- In case of payment disputes, we reserve the right to suspend or cancel your subscription.
- We do not store full card details. All payment processing is handled by our third-party payment providers.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from within the app or via your platform's subscription settings.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.
- Refund requests for exceptional circumstances may be submitted to support@runwithpacr.uk and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
- Digital goods and completed subscription periods are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
5. Intellectual Property
- All content on our platform, including the pacr name, logo, app design, and text, is the property of PACR LTD or used with permission.
- You may not copy, distribute, reverse-engineer, or use our content without written consent.
- You retain ownership of any personal data, training logs, or content you upload to the platform.
6. Limitation of Liability
- pacr provides training guidance and data tools for informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical or coaching advice.
- We are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your use of the platform or from following training suggestions.
- Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for your subscription in the 12 months preceding any claim.
7. Privacy
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We take appropriate security measures to protect your data but cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes implies acceptance of the revised terms. Significant changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.
